A LIFE COACH – Why

Three and a half years ago I was defiantly living a very unfulfilling unsatisfied life. I had never even heard of Life Coaching, Coaches were for sports teams in my mind; now they are common. After I experienced the catalyst to my transformation, a small stroke, I started meditation a practice and started feeling joy and peace, but knew I needed more – I needed a new tribe, and the first person I sought out lead me to a Life Coach.

The Life coach had been on his own path of healing which led him to coaching, he was very intuitive. I spent time talking to him about his coaching program and how he helped people. In the short time we talked, I knew he would be a great fit for me to work through my experiences. I had made the decision earlier in the year that it was time to invest in myself. I choose to work with him and invested in a four month program. The results were amazing. In just the first 6 weeks he had done more for me than the six different therapists I had seen off and on the previous 25 years or so.

Why was I seeking help? I no longer wanted the life I was living, I wasn’t happy with career, nor was my social life fulfilling, prior to the stoke I was constantly worried about being a burden to my children – the worry and fear needed to end! I wanted to enjoy being a grandma to my new grandson, I wanted to be around and involved to give him some awesome adventures. I wanted adventure and fun to fill my life. I realized I didn’t need to be in a negative and victim mindset and knew there had to be a place where I could find freedom and start living for myself rather than others. I found the the place of peace and joy with the help of my life coach!

I was grateful because as I invested in myself I found my soul’s purpose and I could make the choice to follow it or not. I choose to follow my purpose and become my authentic self. As I went on my healing path, I realized my soul’s purpose was to help others with their healing path. I realized my life experiences were there to help me learn so I could be more compassionate with those I would help.

I started out with Reiki, but expanded my toolbox greatly - with working with Dr. Joe Dispenza, going through many online classes and attending the trip to Peru with Gregg Braden. The trip, which I manifested through a Dr. Joe Dispenza meditation, was amazing with many amazing co-travelers. I learned through one of the co-travelers, a Dr. from Bogota, Columbia, about the Coaching For Transformation (CFT) program and what a powerful program it is for helping people make true transformations in life. He suggested I go through the program and become a CFT life coach. I followed his suggestion, and coupled with my own personal life coach experience, I knew this would be the perfect compliment to my energy medicine practice to help people step out of stress, fear based living, and into their magnificent powerful self.
